JoT re fru re "Irrational Atheists"

The point of the “Irrational Atheists” rant was to look at something from another person’s perspective. Your post shows that you have declined the invitation to do so.

As to rearing children, it begs the question to say that belief should be a free choice because that outlook presumes that religious beliefs and irreligious beliefs are equally valid. To the parents who think their children will go to Hell if they don't worship correctly, there's nothing fair about presenting apostasy or Satanic lies as a valid choice.
